When Not to LP

Description

Knowing which shape to use is edge. Knowing when to stay in cash is the edge most LPs skip. Pick a real pool, token, or session where you did not open (or would close immediately) and explain why. Cover the market conditions that made LP the worse trade: volume dead, trend one-way, bins already crowded, token risk, you can’t monitor, fee rate not covering expected IL, etc. Say what shape would have been tempting, why it was a trap, and what signal would flip you back in. The goal is to help other LPs build a “no” checklist, not another “how to enter” guide. Up to 5 winners will be selected and will split the prize pool.
