Failed Position Series

Success stories are done. This one is the post-mortem. Take a real closed DLMM position that lost, went idle, or printed fees and still lost vs holding. Walk thesis → shape and bins → what the book did → the exit or switch you missed → the one rule you keep. The goal is to show whether the shape, the timing, the token, or the process broke. Up to 5 winners will split the prize pool. General rules Original work only. Must be a real finished Meteora DLMM position. Explain the situation, chosen curve(s), reasoning, and risk management including what failed. Proof required: screenshots / pool link and a simple P&L (fees vs inventory vs hold). Low-effort or AI-generated entries will be disqualified.
